About our packages and spa

With us, a day lasts 29 hours!

So that you can draw the maximum benefit from your spa visit, our spa packages allow you to check in at 10 am and you don’t need to vacate your room until 3 pm on your day of departure (6 pm on Sundays).

Packing for a trip to the spa

If you’re staying away overnight, a packing list can be helpful. Here is our suggestion. What you need to bring with you depends a little on what you want to get out of your stay – whether you want to sit and relax and read a book or cram in as many keep-fit classes as you can manage.

Swimming costume, ideally two | Fitness clothing. Bear in mind that for several classes you’ll need more than one set of clothing | If you’re thinking of taking some of our gentler classes, bring a thick, soft sweater so that you’re not cold as you relax | Gym shoes | Water bottle | Toiletries | A smart outfit for dining in the restaurant of an evening | Soft and comfortable clothing to eat breakfast in | A good book or an entertaining magazine (Books can also be purchased in the hotel reception) | Camera

Relaxation centre

The relaxation centre is our space for peace and tranquillity, which is why it has an age limit of 12 and no alcohol is permitted. The centre has a jacuzzi that is kept at about 37°C, a dry sauna, a steam sauna and a cold tub with water at 12°C. You are required to wear your swimming costume here, but the changing rooms have saunas where this is not required.

Water, coffee/tea and fruit are always available.

If you have a treatment, attend physiotherapy, have a keep-fit card or are a hotel guest, you have free access to the relaxation centre. If you have booked one of our spa packages, you’re naturally welcome to use the relaxation centre as much as you like during your stay.

On Mondays the jacuzzi is not heated, but the saunas are up to temperature.

Cancellation rules

The following rules apply if cancelling the whole spa package: the package can be cancelled without any charge up to 48 hours before midday on the day of arrival. For cancellations made after that time, the full amount of the booking will be charged. Treatments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the treatment, otherwise the full amount will be charged.

The cancellation rules for groups are set out in the quotation.
